This restored 18th-century manor house sits among the forests and greenery of the Catalan countryside, an hour’s drive from Barcelona (about 74 km; the beach is 68 km away). The nearest restaurant is about 8 km away and the nearest supermarket 14 km. The house has 634 m² of living space on an 834 m² plot.
Bedrooms
There are eight bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two have queen-size beds (180×190 cm) and three have double beds (135×190 cm). One has a king-size bed (180×200 cm) plus two single beds, one has two single beds, and one has four single beds (90×190 cm). There are six full bathrooms and one additional toilet.
Pool and Outdoor Areas
The private pool measures 5×7 m and is 1 to 2 m deep. Outside you’ll find a terrace with mountain views, a garden, a barbecue and an outdoor lounge area. Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome, but dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.
Kitchen and Amenities
The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Inside the house there is a billiard room, a library, a music room with a piano, a shared study, a fireplace and two TVs.
