Villa Vistas de Sant Llorenç: a modern villa for 14 guests with a private pool and views of the natural park, Sentmenat

The house is next to the Sant Llorenç del Munt Natural Park, 20–35 km from the centre of Barcelona and about 35 km from the beach. A supermarket, shops and a restaurant are 2.5 km away, and the nearest train station is 12 km away. It suits guests who like hiking and cycling. The house has 300 m² of living space on an 810 m² plot.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms plus a shared sleeping area, for 14 guests in total. A ground-floor bedroom has three single beds. One bedroom has a double bed. Another has a double bed and a single bed. One more has a double bed, and another has a double bed and a single sofa bed. The shared area has two double beds. Single beds measure 100×200 cm and double beds 130×200 cm. There are four bathrooms, and one of them is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The living room and some of the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Pool and outdoor areas

The private pool measures 4.5×8.5 m and is 1 to 1.5 m deep. Outside there are five sun loungers, an outdoor sofa and a lounge area with daybeds. There are large dining terraces, a barbecue and a balcony, and parking for four cars. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement for an extra fee.

Kitchen and amenities

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine and toaster. A brick wall separates it from the dining room. The living room has a TV, a DVD player, books and games. The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a heat pump and mosquito screens in the bedrooms.
