The supermarket is 500 m away, the train station and bus stop are 300 m to 1 km away, and Reus Airport is about 17 km away. The house has 230 m² of living space on a 2,030 m² plot.
Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms for 13 guests, all with air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have a double bed and a single bed, one room has a bunk bed, one bedroom has a double bed, and one bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. The single beds and bunk beds are 100×200 cm, and the double beds are 130×200 cm. There are three bathrooms.
Pool and Outdoor Areas
The villa has a 5×11 m private pool with a depth of 1 to 2 m, a large green lawn, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a spacious glazed veranda. There is parking for three cars. Pets are welcome, but dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.
Kitchen and Amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV and a billiard table. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and fans are also provided.
