This fully restored 14th-century house sits in the foothills among vineyards and olive groves in the Penedès wine country. The Costa Daurada beaches are about 25 km away and Barcelona is 50 km away. Tarragona is about a 30-minute drive. A supermarket, shops and a restaurant are 7 km away, and the nearest train station is 18 km away. The house has 248 m² of living space on a 5,000 m² plot.
Bedrooms
There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. On the first floor, three bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, and one bedroom has two single beds. Double beds measure 130×200 cm, and the single beds and bunk bed measure 100×200 cm. Three extra beds can be added on request for an additional fee. All bedrooms have mosquito screens.
Pool and Outdoor Areas
The large 5×11 m private pool looks out over the woods. Outside there is also a children’s playground, a terrace and a barbecue. Parking is available for three cars.
Kitchen and Amenities
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The house also has a games room, a fireplace, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a heat pump and fans.
