Masía Laguna de Pletera: a seaside masia for 14 guests with a natural pool, L’Estartit

This 19th-century Catalan masia was fully renovated in 2022. It sits inside a nature park facing the Medes Islands, a few hundred metres from the sea, on a plot of about 20 hectares. The centre of Torroella de Montgrí is about 10 minutes away, and the port of L’Estartit is 5 minutes by car.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms for 14 guests. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with a 180 cm double bed and two single beds. Three bedrooms are on the first floor, and one of them is a shared children’s room with bunk beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the two on the ground floor have their own private terraces.

Pool and outdoors

The house has a landscaped garden and a 12 × 5 m natural pool, 0.8 to 1.7 m deep. Several outdoor seating areas offer both shade and sun. You can walk from the house to the beach along the nature reserve’s trails.

Kitchen and amenities

Inside there is a large living room with a lounge area, a dining room, an open-plan kitchen and a study. There is also a terrace with sea views and a games room in a separate building. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a fireplace are provided. Cleaning, garden care and pool maintenance are included in the price.
