Masía Siglo Catorce — 14th-Century Catalan Farmhouse for 12 Guests with Pool, Monells

This 14th-century farmhouse has been restored and still has its original character. The 500 m² house sits in the heart of the Baix Empordà region, about 30 km from Girona and close to the Costa Brava beaches and the Pyrenees. La Bisbal d’Empordà is about 5 km away.

Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and one of them is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. The upper floor has four more bedrooms and a lounge for reading and games. The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house sleeps 12 guests, or up to 14 if needed.

Pool and Outdoors

There is a large garden of about 495 m² with woodland, and a 10×5 m pool (1–1.7 m deep) with a terrace and sun loungers. A covered terrace has a dining table and a barbecue.

Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped. The house also has two living rooms (one with a fireplace), a dining room, Wi-Fi, a TV, central heating and parking. Final cleaning and garden and pool maintenance are included in the price, and a staff member welcomes guests and helps during the stay.
