A quiet house on the Costa Daurada, set on a spacious plot. The beach is 2 km away, a supermarket and restaurant are 1 km away, and shops and the train station are 2.5 km away. Barcelona is 60 km away. The house measures 160 m² and the plot 900 m².

Bedrooms

Four bedrooms sleep 8 guests: a bedroom with a large double bed (150×200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each (100×200 cm), and a bedroom with a double bed (130×200 cm). There are two bathrooms. The bedrooms have mosquito screens.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

There’s a private pool (5×9 m) with a depth of 0.9 to 2.2 m. Outside you’ll also find a furnished lounge area and a barbecue terrace looking out over sunny Catalonia. There is parking for two cars. Pets are welcome, but dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.

Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bright living room has sofas, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, games and books. The house also has Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a heat pump and fans.
