Barcelona is about 150 km away and the international airport about 50 km. The house covers 350 m² on a 600 m² plot.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a full bathroom, jacuzzi, walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace overlooking the beach. The whole house has air conditioning and heating.
Pool and outdoor areas
The private 4×9 m pool ranges from 0.8 to 1.8 m deep and is open from 1 May to 31 October. Outside there are spacious terraces, a barbecue area, a garden and a large terrace with sea views. Covered parking for two cars.
Kitchen and amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine and toaster, and the dining areas are bright. The house also has three TVs, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an alarm system and baby safety gates.
