This unusual home is set in a converted former convent, now owned by a family of artists. The village centre, supermarket, shops and a restaurant are 200 m away. The beach is 26 km away, the nearest railway station 13 km, and Barcelona 68 km. The house is 220 m² on a 3,000 m² plot.

Bedrooms

Two stylish apartments for one family or group, sharing a kitchen and dining room. The first has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one walk-through room with a single bed for a child. The second is a studio with a double bed. Double beds are 150×190 cm and single beds are 100×200 cm. There are two bathrooms.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

The private pool is 8×3 m and 1.5 m deep. There are two garden terraces looking out over almond orchards and hills, a barbecue area and a summer kitchen. A lounge area sits in the former central part of the building, under six arches. There is parking for four cars. The owners live in a separate apartment on the property and keep their two friendly cats out of the guest apartments.

Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, electric heating, fans and mosquito protection.
