This former farmstead lies in the heart of La Garrotxa, surrounded by 42 hectares of private land and hiking trails. A restaurant is 1.6 km away, the natural pools of Les Planes d’Hostoles are 4 km away, and the Garrotxa Volcanic Zone Natural Park is 10 km away. Girona, Barcelona (110 km) and Olot are easy to reach by car. The beach is about 89 km away and the nearest train station about 38 km. The house has a floor area of 200 m².

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms for 12 guests, each with a double bed. The second bedroom also has a single bed, and the third and fourth bedrooms have bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms.

Pool and Outdoors

The private pool measures 2.15 × 11 m, with a depth of 0.5 to 1.5 m. Outside there is a large covered patio with a barbecue, a terrace and a garden. Parking is available for 16 cars. Pets are welcome, but dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.

Kitchen and Amenities

The living and dining room has a fireplace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The house also has heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer, an alarm system, and bicycles for guests.
