A peaceful home in the Girona mountains, 30 km from the beaches of Lloret de Mar. Shops, a pharmacy and a supermarket are 3 km away. A restaurant, a bakery and a bus stop are about 1 km away, a 5–10 minute walk. Sils station is 10 km away and Barcelona is about 110 km away. The house measures 70 m² and sits on an 830 m² plot.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms for 6 guests: two with double beds (130×200 cm) and one with two single beds (100×200 cm). There is one full bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room brings the total capacity to 8 guests. The bedrooms have mosquito screens.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

The private saltwater pool measures 4×8 m and is 1 to 1.9 m deep. The back garden has a barbecue and a place to sunbathe, and there is also a terrace. On the veranda by the entrance, you can relax while the children play on the playground. There is parking for three cars. Pets are welcome, but dangerous dog breeds are not allowed.

Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The house also has a fireplace, a TV, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a heat pump and fans.
