This large house, once a rural farmhouse, has been fully renovated. It is in Sant Gregori, a few minutes’ drive from the city of Girona. Girona–Costa Brava Airport is about 20 minutes away. Bars, restaurants and a bank are close by.
Bedrooms
There are eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have queen and single beds, and two children’s rooms share a bathroom. One bedroom is on the third floor and has its own private terrace. Another is in the garden annex and has a kitchenette.
House and Garden
The house has three kitchens, two spacious dining rooms, a games room with a billiard table and a second-floor living room with a grand piano. The garden has a large private pool with a shower, a pond with swans, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, sun loungers and a barbecue.
Amenities
Air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher and a safe. Pets are welcome. Daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday is included in the price.
