This fully restored masia sits on a wide plain of fields in the Berguedà region, in the municipality of Sagàs, about an hour’s drive from Barcelona. Puig-reig is about 5 km away and Gironella 7 km, both with shops, pharmacies and banks. The house is designed for large groups, with spacious living areas, 10 bedrooms and 10 private bathrooms.

For 20 Guests

The main accommodation has 7 double bedrooms with a double bed and 3 triple bedrooms with three single beds. If needed, 7 extra beds can be added for a supplement. The ground floor has a bedroom and bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility. There is a living room with a fireplace, a large dining room with a 6-metre table, and two fully equipped kitchens.

Pools and Grounds

There is an outdoor saltwater pool with a shallow area for children and a heated indoor pool kept at 31°C all year round. Outside you’ll find sun loungers, garden furniture, a covered barbecue, large well-kept grounds, a basketball hoop, football goals and a volleyball net. Indoors there is table football and table tennis.

Amenities

Free Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning, two TVs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave and coffee machines. Bed linen and towels are included, and cots and high chairs are free of charge. A separate hall for 50–80 people can be rented. Pets are welcome for an extra fee.

The front terrace has a chill-out area, and the rear terrace has a barbecue. The house has no swimming pool or parking.
