The house stands about 800 metres from the small rural village of Sagàs, in the Berguedà region. A forest of centuries-old holm oaks begins just nearby and is lovely for walks. Barcelona is about an hour’s drive away, and the Pyrenees are close by. Gironella is 8 km away and Prats de Lluçanès 7 km, both with shops and pharmacies.

For 19 guests

There are 6 double bedrooms (5 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), plus one triple and one quadruple bedroom. That makes 8 bedrooms in total, with 7 separate bathrooms. Two extra beds can be added. Bed linen and towels are included. The second level has a large living room with sofas and a Smart TV, a dining room with a very large table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Grounds and pool

The spacious, well-kept grounds include a fenced private pool, sun loungers, garden furniture and a covered porch with two barbecues. On the lower floor there is a games room with table football, table tennis, a trampoline and football goals.

The main accommodation has 7 double bedrooms with a double bed and 3 triple bedrooms with three single beds. If needed, 7 extra beds can be added for a supplement. The ground floor has a bedroom and bathroom adapted for guests with reduced mobility. There is a living room with a fireplace, a large dining room with a 6-metre table, and two fully equipped kitchens.

Pools and Grounds

There is an outdoor saltwater pool with a shallow area for children and a heated indoor pool kept at 31°C all year round. Outside you’ll find sun loungers, garden furniture, a covered barbecue, large well-kept grounds, a basketball hoop, football goals and a volleyball net. Indoors there is table football and table tennis.
