Masía Tierra Roja: a Catalan masia for 22 guests with a pool, games room and tennis court, Castellet i la Gornal
This traditional Catalan masia is 25 minutes from Sitges and 45 minutes from Barcelona. It sits on a 1,000 m² plot, and the house itself is 400 m². The beach is about 20 km away and Barcelona is 70 km away. The nearest restaurant and train station are 4 km away, the supermarket is 6 km away and the shops are 11 km away.
Bedrooms
There are eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms for 22 guests. The ground floor has three bedrooms. Two have double beds, and one of these has its own bathroom. The third has a double bed and a single bed, and its bathroom is adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Five more beds can be added on the ground floor. The first floor has five bedrooms: four with double beds, three of which have their own bathroom, and one with two single beds. All rooms have fans.
Pool and Outdoors
Outside there is an 8×5 m private pool, a tennis court, a children’s play area, a barbecue and garden furniture. There is parking for four cars, and the house has mosquito nets and mosquito repellent devices. Pets are welcome.
Kitchen and Amenities
There are two living rooms with TVs and a games room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and hob. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hairdryer are also provided.
Masía Tierra Roja is a spacious masia for large groups and family gatherings who want privacy and plenty of room.
