This 1960s villa has been recently renovated. It keeps its Art Deco character and now has modern Mediterranean-style finishes. The house is quiet, yet only 50 metres from the beach and close to all amenities. It has 500 m² of living space.

Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Four bedrooms have double beds, one has two single beds and one has bunk beds. One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom. The villa sleeps 10 guests, with a maximum of 14. The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Pool and Garden

A large outdoor pool sits in the middle of a garden where children can play. Adults can enjoy a barbecue and meals at the dining table on the terrace. There is a summer lounge that opens directly onto the terrace, along with sun loungers and a sun deck. Parking is available.

Kitchen and Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and iron. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The villa has Wi-Fi, a TV and a security system. Bed linen, linen changes, pool towels, a cot and a high chair are included in the price, as are electricity, water and gas. Pets are not allowed.

There are 6 double bedrooms (5 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds), plus one triple and one quadruple bedroom. That makes 8 bedrooms in total, with 7 separate bathrooms. Two extra beds can be added. Bed linen and towels are included. The second level has a large living room with sofas and a Smart TV, a dining room with a very large table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Grounds and pool

The spacious, well-kept grounds include a fenced private pool, sun loungers, garden furniture and a covered porch with two barbecues. On the lower floor there is a games room with table football, table tennis, a trampoline and football goals.
