A modern country house in a family-friendly area, 14 km from Girona Airport and about 30 km from the beaches of Lloret de Mar. A supermarket, shops and a restaurant are 3 km away, the train station is 3.8 km away, and Barcelona is 77 km away. The house covers 130 m² on a 1,400 m² plot.

Bedrooms

Four spacious bedrooms sleep 7 guests. There are three bathrooms, one with a hydromassage bathtub. The windows look out over the garden and pool.

Pool and Outdoors

There is a private 10×5 m saltwater pool, 1 to 1.8 m deep. The garden has room to play and stroll, and there’s a charcoal barbecue and a children’s play area. Parking is available for two cars.

Kitchen and Amenities

The living room, dining area and kitchen share one open-plan space. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The games room has a pool table, table tennis, table football and a basketball hoop. The house also has two TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, central heating, air conditioning in the living room, and board games and books.

Villa Campo de Juegos de Sils is a house for families with children, with plenty of fun in both the pool and the games room.
