The house is set in quiet countryside with good transport links. Lloret de Mar beach is about 25 km away, Girona Airport 8.5 km, the nearest supermarket 1.2 km, the railway station 6.5 km, a restaurant 7 km, and Barcelona about 89 km. The house has 200 m² of living space on a 1,500 m² plot.

Bedrooms

Three bedrooms on the upper floor sleep 8 guests: two have double beds and one has two sets of bunk beds. An open-plan area adds a single sofa bed. There are two shower rooms, one on each floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the whole house has mosquito screens.

Pool and Outdoor Area

The private saltwater pool is 8 × 3.5 m and up to 1.4 m deep. The fenced plot has a garden, a terrace and a barbecue. There is parking for four cars.

Kitchen and Amenities

The house has a bright living room and a separate kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and juicer. A summer lounge opens onto the garden. Other amenities include four TVs, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, heating, an alarm system and bicycles for guests.
