This modern 260 m² home, designed in the style of a Majorcan villa, stands on the edge of Roses, not far from Cadaqués and just a few minutes from the beaches of the Bay of Roses. Every room has sea views, and the living room’s large panoramic windows open onto the sea.

Bedrooms

The villa has six bedrooms and three bathrooms. Four bedrooms are on the upper floor, each opening onto its own sea-view terrace: three have a 180 cm double bed and one has two single beds. Two more bedrooms are in a separate studio on the lower level, which has its own shower room, a small living area and a kitchen. All main bedrooms have air conditioning.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

Outside there is a private pool of about 4.2 × 4.5 m with sun loungers. Several terraces look out over the Mediterranean from different angles, and there is a summer dining area and a small courtyard. Parking is available for two cars.

Kitchen and Amenities

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. There is a living room with a TV and a dining room with panoramic views. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, underfloor heating, an alarm system and a grill for outdoor cooking.

Casa Mirador de Rosas is a home for families or groups of friends who want the sea in front of them, peace and quiet, and plenty of space.
