This ten-bedroom villa sits on a seaside hillside within roughly 1.2 hectares of parkland in Portlligat, on the edge of Cadaqués. The house was fully renovated in 2017–2018 while preserving its original architecture. Steps carved into the rock lead straight down to the water. Salkeria beach is about a two-minute walk away, and the centre of Cadaqués is a five-minute drive.

Bedrooms

Ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms sleep 18 guests. There are double beds of 160 and 180 cm, twin rooms with two single beds, a children’s room with bunk beds, and a sofa bed. Every area of the house has air conditioning.

Pool and Outdoors

The heated infinity pool is on the upper level of the grounds, next to a pool house with a summer kitchen and barbecue. There are spacious seafront terraces, outdoor dining areas and large terraced gardens overlooking the Cap de Creus Natural Park.

Finca Cala Guillola: a 15-guest seafront estate in Cap de Creus Natural Park, Cadaqués

This spacious Mediterranean-style finca was built in the 1980s inside Cap de Creus Natural Park, a short distance from Cadaqués. It sits on more than a hectare of land with gardens, terraces of local stone, hammocks and a private path down to the sea, and its windows look out over the bay and the mountains. The buildings cover about 825 m² in total. The living areas are in the main house, and the bedrooms are in a separate building.

Bedrooms

There are seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Five are double bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sea views. One bedroom has a single bed plus a trundle bed on a mezzanine, and another has five single beds. The house sleeps 15 guests in total.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

The pool has a jacuzzi and sea views. Outside there is an alfresco dining area, plus lounge areas and hammocks spread through the garden. For active guests there is a pétanque court, a table tennis table, two canoes, a stand-up paddleboard and snorkelling gear.

Kitchen and Amenities

The large living room has a dining area and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has a large wood-fired oven and opens onto the garden. There is also a small gym with an exercise bike and yoga mats. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV are available. A chef’s services are included in the price (groceries are paid separately), as are garden maintenance and cleaning.
