This 250 m² house sits in the heart of the Cap de Creus Natural Park, about 4 km from the center of Cadaqués. Designed in the 1980s, it was fully renovated in 2021. The well-known La Guillola cove is about a five-minute walk away, and the estate covers around 11 hectares of parkland.
Bedrooms
There are six bedrooms for 12 guests and four bathrooms. Most bedrooms have 180 cm double beds that can be split into two singles. One sea-view bedroom opens onto a terrace, and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
Pool and Outdoors
A heated pool is set into the garden and has panoramic views. There are shaded terraces for dining outdoors and well-kept green grounds. A cove with clear water for swimming is nearby.
Kitchen and Amenities
The spacious, bright living room has panoramic windows and opens onto a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning and a fireplace, and staff work on site.
