The house sits in a picturesque village 25 km from Barcelona and 24 km from the airport. The beach is about 19 km away. A supermarket, shops and a restaurant are 3.4 km away, and the nearest railway station is 9 km away. The Catalunya en Miniatura theme park is nearby. The house has 230 m² of living space on a 300 m² plot.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms across three floors. The ground floor has a bedroom and a study. The second floor has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds. The mezzanine has a room with a single bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a solarium. Single beds measure 100×200 cm and the double bed is 130×200 cm. There are two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Some bedrooms have air conditioning, and the windows have mosquito screens.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

The private pool measures 3×6 m and ranges from 0.8 to 1.9 m deep. Outside there is a terrace, a balcony with views, a barbecue and a small garden. There is parking for three cars.

Kitchen and Amenities

The first floor has the living room and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine and toaster. The house also has Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine and a heat pump.
