This large house sits in the Catalan hills, 11–12 km from the Costa Dorada beaches (about a 14-minute drive). The beaches of Sitges are about 30 minutes away. El Vendrell station is 4.2 km from the house, and the train from there takes about an hour to Barcelona (about 70 km by road). A supermarket is 1.5 km away, a bakery and a pharmacy are 300 m away, and the nearest restaurant is 4 km away. The house has 400 m² of living space on a 900 m² plot.

Bedrooms

Seven bedrooms sleep 16 guests across three floors. The second level has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The third level has four bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a bathroom, plus an attic with an extra sleeping area. There are three full bathrooms and two more toilets. The house has air conditioning.

Pool and Outdoor Areas

The private pool is 4 × 8 m, with a depth of 0.7 to 1.7 m. There is a 300 m² terrace with outdoor dining, a barbecue and a balcony. Parking is available at the house.

Kitchen and Amenities

The house has a cosy entrance hall, a living room, a large dining room and a kitchen with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and coffee machine. There is also a lift, a fireplace, table tennis, Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an alarm system. The house is wheelchair accessible.
